Eating can be much more enjoyable, fulfilling and satisfying than ever before.

You don’t have to be obsessed, rigid or denied the food you enjoy.  Instead you can eat normally and with greater awareness of what your body really needs and want to lose weight and feel better.

You will learn:

  1. How to overcome cravings, guilt, binging and emotional eating
  2. What keeps you under and overeating and techniques that work
  3. The impact of dieting and how to overcome the diet mentality
  4. The type of eater you are that keeps you from reaching your goals
  5. How your metabolism is affected by the way and what you eat
  6. How to use your hunger signals to decide when and how much to eat
  7. Basic nutrition and why the new Food Pyramid makes sense
  8. How to eat foods in balance to improve your health
  9. Ideas for meals that provide enjoyment and satisfaction
