![]() Join a Group for Greater Support & Finding Buddies If you want to be with others who are also making lifestyle changes and who will understand what you are going through and can offer lots of support, then consider joining a Healthy Lifestyle group. Groups provide peer support, motivation, understanding and encouragement. This is a great way to be with others that are going through similar changes and challenges or to learn about their insights and what is working for them. Groups also offer a chance to buddy up for more frequent accountability and long term support for years to come.
