COMPANY

Feel Your Personal Best (formerly known as Fit Beyond 40) was founded in 2003 by Alice Greene and based on what she discovered was the answer to overcoming her personal health and fitness struggle to feel her best.  She then became certified in the areas necessary to bring what she discovered to others who faced similar struggles.

Alice became a healthy lifestyle success in her early 40s by adopting a different approach to healthy eating, exercising and self care.  She discovered an easy, empowering and enjoyable process for staying motivated, achieving consistency and overcoming the internal issues that sabotages lifestyle changes and long term success.

The vision for Feel Your Personal Best is based on what is missing in current fitness, nutrition and wellness programs. It combines the power of behavioral change coaching techniques with the principles of exercise physiology, physical therapy, nutrition and intuitive eating.

MISSION

Our mission is to inspire and guide individuals to take action to feel their best by making their own choices, paying attention to what they are mentally and physically feeling, and making choices that honor what is best for them.  Through self-awareness, positive thinking, self-honoring choices and guided support, people will gravitate to being more active, eating healthier foods, taking time out for rejuvenation and following their passions and dreams for greater fulfillment.
